How do I create sub accounts for multiple users?
You can provide all of your managers, family, caregivers or others with access to one or multiple devices on your account through sub accounts. Each sub account can navigate the web or app independently and we've stress tested the system for up to 250,000 sub accounts accessing the same account at the same time. Sub accounts can be created and managed via the web or app interface. Please contact a member of our customer support team for details on setting up corporate sub accounts (we'll share with you a few tricks to easily set up large accounts and adjust to management changes).
Here's how you set up a consumer sub account:
1. From the web interface click on "Users" tab
2. Create a sub account for additional users. "Admin" users have access to creating and managing alerts, zones and viewing history. "Limited" users only have access to view current location.
